About
Tiny upright bird's eye peppers, very hot (~50,000–100,000 SHU). Ornamental too.
Growing
Compact bushy plant; great in pots. Bring indoors over winter to keep multiple years.
Harvest
Pick the small 1–1.5 in pods green for a milder bite or fully red for peak heat. Choose firm, glossy, upright fruit and cut the stems. Pick often to spur more production; the red pods dry beautifully whole.
